Jackie Sampson is POAH Communities Director of Compliance, overseeing a team providing compliance support across the POAH portfolio to property management staff, working to ensure that rules and regulations for HUD and other affordable programs are followed, while collaborating with POAH during a projects acquisition and development stages.
