Carolyn Tilney is the Portfolio Analytics Manager, responsible for performing analysis on the portfolio and project managing the portfolio database. As part of POAH’s Asset Management team, she focuses on the long-term stewardship of POAH’s more than 100 properties, leveraging technology and analytics to quickly identify opportunities to maximize the portfolio’s value.
In prior positions, Carolyn worked as a project specialist with Habitat For Humanity International’s Government Relations and Advocacy team, where she led the planning of the annual legislative conference and helped launch the organization’s first global advocacy campaign, and as a summer consultant in the Business Management Group of the National Park Service.
Carolyn holds a Master of Business Administration from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University.
