Lauren has been with POAH Communities, and its parent company, Preservation of Affordable Housing, since 2014. She has held positions within Asset Management and Community Impact departments, with a focus on supporting cross-departmental operations, including the development of the organization's first centralized database.
As Director of Community Impact, Lauren leads the strategy and operations of POAH Communities' resident services efforts. In this capacity, she supports day-to-day operations across the portfolio, including strategic planning, budgeting, contracting and best practice development.
Lauren has been with the Community Impact team since its inception and has overseen the development of core operations, partnership development, and new initiatives that advance the lives of POAH's residents and staff.
Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science from the University of Rochester.
