Vitalia Shklovsky is a Senior Project Manager at POAH, working on the community engagement, permitting, financing and construction management aspects of affordable housing developments, along with working with state housing agencies, lenders, investors and others to successfully complete phases of the redevelopment on time and on budget.
Prior to joining POAH, Vitalia was a development manager for Lendlease. There she oversaw the development of Clippership Wharf, a 478-unit, mixed-use waterfront project in East Boston, from permitting to delivery and operation.
Vitalia holds a Master’s in Urban Planning from Harvard University and a BA in International Relations & Architectural Studies from Brown University.
