Tiffany Blackmon-Burnett is a Senior Regional Property Supervisor with POAH Communities, supervising a team of property managers who oversee a portfolio of 926 units of affordable rental housing in Chicago and Harvey, Illinois.
She joined the organization in 2021 as a Regional Property Supervisor, responsible for the oversight of operations for several properties in POAH’s Illinois portfolio which were acquired from the YMCA on the South Side of Chicago and in Harvey Illinois.
Prior to joining POAH Communities, she held the positions of Property Site Supervisor with East Lake Management Group, Inc. and as a Regional Property Manager for Woodlawn Community Development Corporation where her responsibilities included, but were not limited to, leasing, financial management, compliance, procurement, recertification oversight, physical inspections, capital improvement oversight and training/development of staff.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s degree from DeVry University in Technical Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. Tiffany is also a licensed leasing agent in the state of Illinois and holds professional certifications in the areas of COS, TCS, Fair Housing, EIV and REAC.
