Stephanie Co is a senior project manager at POAH, focused primarily on the Clinton Peabody redevelopment in St. Louis, MO and working on the community engagement, permitting, financing and construction management aspects of implementing the community’s vision for new mixed-income housing, expanded amenities and connected services.
Prior to joining POAH, Stephanie was the Deputy Chief Operating Officer for Beyond Housing, leading organizational development, including internal culture and program alignment across multiple departments. In addition, she facilitated collaborative initiatives with 24 area municipalities around health, housing, economic development, infrastructure and land management for future redevelopment. Her ten years at Beyond Housing were preceded by positions with Great Rivers Greenway, where she led community engagement and planning efforts around the St. Vincent Greenway, and Park Central Development where she managed communications and marketing efforts to elevate businesses in the Grove district.
Stephanie holds a Masters in Public Policy Administration from the University of Missouri St. Louis and BA from Washington University in St. Louis, and Certificates in non-profit management and program evaluation. She has served as board president for the Community Builders Network since 2017 and has been active in several neighborhood organizations and commissions advancing equity in housing and educational opportunities.
