Paige Panek is part of POAH’s Design and Building Performance team, where she maintains the Basis of Design (BOD), POAH’s in-house design standards, for both the owned and emerging portfolio.
As part of overseeing the BOD, she manages, distributes, and enforces the use of this standard, while researching and rolling out new BOD materials. She assists residential site staff, answering questions on building products, systems, and materials, along with hosting trainings for maintenance staff. Additionally, she works with development project managers to review capital needs, distributing and reviewing the BOD with architects, engineers and consultants during a project’s design and construction phases.
She is a certified Trauma Support Specialist and a certified ICC (International Code Council) Accessibility Inspector and Plans Examiner. She most recently worked in Chicago at an architect’s office supporting the design efforts with those certifications.
Paige holds a Bachelors in Interior Design and a graduate certificate in Public Management and Policy from Iowa State University.
