The Loop at Mattapan Station provides 135 affordable rental homes to low- and moderate-income residents in Boston. The property was co-developed by Preservation of Affordable Housing and Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation and financed through direct investment from Bank of America. The Loop features a variety of resident services on-site, including after school education, financial literary classes, health care and mental or behavioral health services, and peer support groups. The building also includes 10,000 square feet of first floor retail space, half of which is dedicated to the Daily Table, a nonprofit grocer that provides high-quality, affordable, and healthy food.
