Shirley Prom is an Insurance & Development Risk Associate in POAH's Risk Management Department involved in POAH Communities' day-to-day insurance and risk issues, with a specific focus on the management and administration of POAHC’s property and liability claims. She also helps coordinate and manage the procurement of appropriate insurance for POAH's development projects, including acquisitions, buy/holds, new construction, and renovations. Shirley has an extensive background as an insurance broker with POAH’s Captive Insurance broker IMA. She graduated in 2017 from the University of Northern Colorado with her BS in Economics and a minor in Leadership Studies.
