Amando Ou is a development associate assisting the development team with financing applications, proposals, construction and permanent loan conversions, organizational records, board resolutions and insurance certificates.
She maintains and updates the company database to ensure accurate and timely internal reporting and tracks communications with third-party vendors for creating contracts. Amanda helps administer the development department - scheduling team meetings, tracking team expenses and assuming project-related tasks as required.
Prior to this position, she was a development intern in POAH’s Boston office for a year where she managed materials for financing applications, construction requisitions, construction activities, and request for proposal (RFP) responses. She was an Affordable Housing Development & Financing Fellow at Enterprise Communities in Baltimore where she learned about affordable housing financing and development and was an Investment Intern at AEW Global Real Estate where she participated in the evaluation of a real estate transaction for a multifamily property in Malden, MA.
Amanda holds a B.S. degree in Managerial Economics from the University of Massachusetts.
