Reuben Frank is a development associate on the POAH Development team where he is responsible for assisting Project Managers in the oversight of development projects, including gathering the appropriate materials for financing applications, updating development proformas, and assembling the due diligence required for construction and permanent loan conversions.
Previously, Reuben enjoyed an exciting career as a professional football player. After stepping away from professional football, Reuben worked in direct service as a social worker for Project More in Poughkeepsie, NY and then as an administrator and coach at the Salisbury School in CT. During his time in graduate school, Reuben held positions with Agile Synergy Group, Big Red Ventures, Samuels & Associates and Target Ventures.
Reuben holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Cornell University.
