Haley Janezic

Haley Janezic manages HR operations for POAH Communities. She oversees a wide range of functions including HRIS administration, employee benefits and wellness, compensation, recruitment, performance management, leaves of absence, compliance, and reporting. Haley holds a Masters of Human Resource Management from Framingham State University and is a designated Professional in Human Resources by HRCI. Prior to joining POAH Communities in 2016, she held roles in workers’ compensation, benefits, and wellness for a mobile healthcare company and as a paralegal at a disability law firm.
