20 Stephenson Aman Apartments is a 168-unit new construction project that marks the first phase of the comprehensive redevelopment of Clarendon Hill state public housing in Somerville, MA. Construction began in February, 2023 on one of the first high-rise modular buildings in New England.  This first phase will deliver 130 of the replacement 216 deeply affordable state public housing units and another 38 net-new affordable homes available to families earning at our below 80% area median income (AMI).   

Clinton Peabody is a comprehensive, impactful, and people-centered redevelopment that elevates this historic community with high-quality mixed-income housing, enhanced community spaces and amenities, and services that will help residents grow and thrive.

The Residences at Lawrence Hill, a development of 46 units affordable family housing in Wellfleet, MA will expand opportunity for low-income families in a community that desperately needs permanent, year-round affordable housing to stabilize its year-round community.

Sturgeon Place is a fully-accessible affordable residential building that will be home to 51 households in which at least one member is disabled and which will feature a common living area for social activities, a designated work space for service providers and a mobility and assistive technology hub.
