Zach Bresnick is a Senior Energy Management Associate with POAH’s Design and Building Performance team, where he supports the ongoing stewardship of POAH properties through the implementation of portfolio-wide energy and water efficiency projects. His role involves identifying opportunities to reduce energy consumption, increase savings and improve building performance, collect and analyze energy use and cost data, recommend interventions and energy conservation strategies, research and pursue utility incentives and source energy project funding, and complete new energy projects across POAH’s entire portfolio of properties.
Prior to joining POAH, Zach was a home energy specialist with Home Works Energy. In that role he assessed over 500 homes and apartments and eliminated over 4,000 tons of carbon emissions.
Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
