Michelle Collins provides general administrative support to the executive assistant and the organization including correspondence, data entry, booking meetings and facilities, mailings, and contact lists. She manages office equipment and supplies and oversees maintenance requests and work orders to building management as needed.

Michelle helps ensure all-around efficiency of operations for POAH's office and systems and serves as the organization's greeter and facilitator for meetings and events.
