Nate Dick, POAH’s Senior Director Energy & Capital Projects, serves on POAH’s Design and Building Performance team which is responsible for energy projects, design and construction standards, preventative maintenance stewardship and information technology strategies to improve portfolio oversight. In this role, he helped POAH to achieve its Big Reach and DOE Better Buildings Challenge, a national effort of 345 organizations to improve the energy intensity across their entire building portfolio by at least 20 percent within a decade.
Nate holds over a decade of experience in energy efficiency consulting. Prior to POAH, he worked with the largest New England electric utility, Eversource, on the Commercial and Industrial New Construction team, where he focused on multi-family and residential new construction energy efficiency projects and programs.
Nate holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Colby College in Environmental Studies with a policy focus. In addition, he is a Certified Passive House Consultant and Certified Energy Manager.
