Eric Fellinger

Senior Project Manager

Eric Fellinger is a senior project manager in POAH’s Boston office where he oversees multiple developments from acquisition to the completion of construction and lease-up, including financial analysis, design and construction, and transfer of the completed project to the property management function. He identifies project opportunities and assesses their financial feasibility in collaboration with the POAH team. He organizes complex financial closings of layered debt and equity resources to fund the necessary improvements and associated costs of a development and establishes project budgets to achieve projected financial objectives.

Eric assists in the hiring of architects, consultants, engineers, lawyers and contractors and works with consultants and community stakeholder on master planning, design and permitting. He monitors project design and construction in the context of local building codes, efficiency, and the principles of sound property management.

Prior to coming to POAH, Eric was Director of Real Estate Development for Vietnamese-American Initiative for Development, Inc. where he led project teams, managed contracts, maintained stakeholder relationships and identified community housing needs. He oversaw the development of a 41-unit mixed use project from concept to completion and created a pipeline of viable projects.

Prior to that position he was a project manager/clerk for Somerville Community Corporation, a senior planner for Tetra Tech Rizzo, senior modeler/analyst for Wilbur Smith Associates, modeling coordinator for the Vermont Agency of Transportation and planner for Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission.

Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Boston University and a Master’s degree from University of Illinois.
