Ryan Fulgham

Ryan Fulgham is a development analyst based in POAH’s Chicago office, working with project teams on key development and financial due diligence, applications and closings. Prior to joining POAH full-time, Ryan was a summer intern through the Illinois Housing Council Emerging Leaders Internship Program after completing his Masters in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). Ryan was active in the Society of Black Urban Planners while at UIC and held several research assistant positions in policy and planning. He mentored upperclassmen on year-long projects and taught a class in planning to Chicago Public Schools high schoolers, building on his experience leading hundreds of presentations on financial aid and college access to parents and students.
