Mel Miller is a Senior Development Associate at POAH, assisting development projects from initial underwriting and predevelopment work through scope development, collaboration with partners and stakeholders, financing and closing, construction oversight, and conversion to stable operations.
Prior to joining POAH, Mel served as the Gramlich Fellow in Community and Economic Development through the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies, researching resident services funding and delivery models among affordable housing nonprofits.
Mel holds a Master in Urban Planning from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hamilton College.
