Jessica Parmenter is a member of POAH’s Design and Building Performance team that will support POAH’s energy projects, sustainability initiatives, utility data collection, and conservation measures across the portfolio.
In this role Jessica analyzes utility data to discover conservation opportunities, track the performance of existing conservation projects, along with implementation of energy and water conservation measures across the portfolio. She will also assist Property Staff with utility transfers & analysis, help POAH comply with federal & local ordinances through property benchmarking, and explore carbon accounting & management.
Prior to joining POAH, she completed an Energy & Sustainability internship with the Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF), where she analyzed & reported solar energy data of member organizations.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a certificate in Engineering in Energy Sustainability.
