Maxine Patwardhan is an acquisitions project manager with POAH. She develops financial projections, assists on acquisition strategies, and manages the pipeline of potential acquisition projects, which includes regular interaction with brokers, public agencies, and other marketplace participants. She also aids the acquisition team members as they negotiate with HUD, state housing agencies, lenders, investors and others.
Previously Maxine served as a manager at The Concord Group, a real estate consulting firm. There, Maxine led a team to complete a variety of consulting engagements across asset types, including highest and best use evaluations, financial analyses, tax credit studies, displacement and disparate impact studies, and national metro multifamily opportunity rankings.
Maxine holds a B.A. in Social Studies from Harvard University.
